Another side effect of the afternoon can be fatigue and struggles with focus. ROSEMARY Essential Oil is a great tool to turn to!

Combine in a diffuser:

INVIGORATING FOCUS DIFFUSER BLEND

• 4 drops ROSEMARY Essential Oil

• 3 drops Lemon Essential Oil

• 2 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

Or enjoy this one:

SHARP MIND DIFFUSER BLEND

• 2 drops ROSEMARY Essential Oil

• 1 drops Black Pepper Essential Oil

• 2 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil

If you prefer a topical application the following roller ball recipe is amazing!

• 5 drops ROSEMARY Essential Oil

• 3 drops Lemon Essential Oil

• 2 drops Sandalwood Essential Oil

• 1 drops Frankincense Essential Oil

Combine all essential oils into a 10 ml roller bottle, fill remainder with carrier oil of your choice, put on cap. Roll in hand to combine before first use. Apply as needed.
