STEP 8 – A HELPING OF FAVORITE RECIPES

It’s the middle of the afternoon and you find yourself once again looking for something to snack on, but your go to options just aren’t what you want? Try this fun twist on an afternoon favorite.

ROASTED ROSEMARY AND LEMON CASHEWS RECIPE

• 2-3 c. Cashews

• 1 tbsp. Melted Butter

• 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil

• 2-3 drops ROSEMARY Essential Oil

• 2-3 drops Lemon Essential Oil

• 1 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt

• 1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper (just a pinch will do)

• 1/8 tsp. Chili Pepper (just a pinch will do)

Roast raw cashews at 350 degrees for five minutes. Combine all other ingredients together. Add cashews to mixture and toss to coat. Allow to cool before eating. Enjoy!

One favorite to try is the following:

ROSEMARY HOME-BAKED OVEN FRIES

• 5-6 large Russet Potatoes

• 1 tbsp. Olive Oil

• 1-2 finely chopped Garlic Cloves

• 1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt

• 1-2 drops ROSEMARY Essential Oil

• 1/4 tsp. Pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. If you like the skin of the potato leave on. If not peel potatoes, then cut into thin strips and place on baking sheet. Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl. Coat the potatoes with the mixture. Bake for 20 minutes. At this point increase the heat of your oven to 450 degrees. Bake an additional ten minutes (or until golden brown).
