STEP 7 – ROSEMARY IN THE KITCHEN

Did you know that you can use Essential Oils to cook with, marinate, or enhance flavors in your daily diet?

For example, ROSEMARY Essential Oil is a great addition to sauces. You only need to use a toothpick swirl.

Add ROSEMARY Essential Oil to your mashed potatoes for a savory twist on a classic dish.

Add a hint of ROSEMARY to your bread with one to three drops added to melted butter and brushed over the tops of fresh baked breads or rolls.

Add ROSEMARY Essential Oil to your marinades for beef.

Add one to two drops ROSEMARY Essential Oil to your homemade hummus.

Add one to two drops ROSEMARY Essential Oil to your fettuccine (excellent with zucchini fettuccine).

Add ROSEMARY Essential Oil to your pizza dough, homemade roll dough or even incorporate it into the butter you use to top your breads.

Add one to three drops ROSEMARY Essential Oil to your favorite breakfast quiche recipe.

Combine olive oil, one to two drops ROSEMARY Essential Oil, one to two drops Thyme Essential Oil and pour over fresh cut veggies. Roast in oven.

Tip: a little goes a long way. Start with a toothpick swirl and move up from there. One toothpick swirl at a time.
