STEP 6 – HAIR CARE AND ROSEMARY

Luscious locks can be so hard to come by and even harder to manage. Did you know that ROSEMARY can help support a healthy scalp and healthy hair?

Just add a few drops to your shampoo bottle or combine your shampoo with one drop each time you shampoo.

HAIR THICKENER SUPPORT RECIPE

• 1 1/2 oz. Jojoba Oil

• 1 1/2 oz. Grapeseed Oil

• 20 drops ROSEMARY Essential Oil

• 20 drops Cedarwood Essential Oil

• 10 drops Geranium Essential Oil

Combine Jojoba Oil, Grapeseed Oil, And Essential Oils into a glass jar. Secure lid and shake well to combine. Apply a generous amount and massage into scalp and hair (wet or dry) at least 3 times per week or once daily as needed. Once massaged in leave in for at least 20 minutes. Shampoo, rinse, and style as usual.

Or if you find yourself with the occasional white flakes in your hair consider this:

SUPPORT YOUR SCALP RECIPE

• 1/4 c. Sweet Almond Oil

• 10 drops Melaleuca Essential Oil

• 5 drops ROSEMARY Essential Oil

• 5 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil

Combine all ingredients, rub into scalp and let sit 15 minutes. Rinse if needed.

You can even support long, healthy looking, thick eyelashes with your ROSEMARY Essential Oil. Add 1-3 drops ROSEMARY Essential Oil and 1-3 drops Lavender Essential Oil to a new tube of mascara and your eyelashes will get support each time you apply.
